Meet Sarah
Sarah Mahoney has been active in the Palm Beach County luxury real estate market for more than thirty years and has earned a stellar reputation for her work with the area's preeminent country club communities, most notably Breakers West. Sarah began her real estate career working for Flagler Systems, the developer of Breakers West, for almost 20 years with new construction sales, vacant land sales and eventually resale homes. Sarah can expertly guide Buyers and Sellers through the home buying or home selling process to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Recognized as a seasoned professional by her clients as well as peers, she is also knowledgeable about the properties in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and Wellington. A testament to her professionalism and client service, Sarah has been consistently recognized for her consistent sales record.
Most recently she was recognized by Douglas Elliman with the 2022 Ellie Award for being in the Top 8% of Agents Companies Wide for sales production as well as inclusion in the 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry America's Best List recognizing the top 1.5% out of more than 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide. Sarah’s sales achievement has been recognized by Douglas Elliman in 2016, 2020, 2021 as well as by NRT’s Corcoran Group in 2014.
She has also served as a Sales and Marketing Guest speaker at the Florida Association of REALTORS® Annual Convention. Sarah's extraordinary track record is the result of her ability to truly understand her client's wants and needs, masterful negotiating, and most of all, unwavering dedication to positive relationship building.
After graduating from University of Virginia, Sarah moved to West Palm Beach and has called Breakers West home since 1999. She and her husband are enjoying raising their 2 children in the community and enjoying the amenities of the community whether it’s a Friday night dinner at the club, a workout in the Fitness Center or an afternoon at The Breakers Beach Club. Sarah enjoys watching ACC basketball and spending time in the North Carolina mountains whenever possible. She is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County, a member of The Breakers Club, and a supporter of Rosarian Academy.
